Etienne Deshoulières, lawyer for the “Stop Homophobia” association, filed a lawsuit “for publicly insulting a group of people based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.”
As part of the investigation launched in January 2025, an investigating judge in France was commissioned to investigate possible aid in the distribution of child pornography images on the social network X, the Paris public prosecutor’s office announced on Thursday.
At the end of April, Musk did not comply with a summons from the French judiciary for a voluntary hearing. In mid-February, X’s Paris premises were searched. At the time, the social network described the search as an “abusive judicial measure” based on “political motives” and rejected any violation. (sda/afp)
