The explosion at a fireworks factory in northern Malta shook the island on Monday morning. A huge cloud of smoke rose over the area.
The explosion created a pressure wave that could be clearly felt several kilometers away. According to Maltese media reports, two men working in nearby fields were slightly injured by flying debris.
