Two people have died after a fire broke out on a sinking vessel outside Romania‘s territorial waters, authorities said on Monday.
Rescue operations were launched following the serious maritime incident in the Black Sea, with Romania’s interior ministry confirming that 11 crew members of the ship had been brought to safety.
According to the country’s Naval Authority, the blaze occurred on board the ship Royad Mammadov.
