Dog attacks on hikers occur again and again in Switzerland. These are often livestock guard dogs that are intended to protect farm animals from predators such as wolves. Hikers are therefore advised to exercise caution and keep their distance in such areas. At the same time, you should keep calm and walk slowly. (front)
