New recordings show a view of the world that is extremely rare. Normally we see the sunset or sunrise, but not the Earth. No wonder, then, that a clip that shows the “end of the world” is fascinating. The captain of the Artemis II mission Reid Wiseman published the video on his social media accounts. You can see the earth setting behind the moon.
The famous “Earthrise” picture was created in 1968 – now the “Earthset” video.
NASA shared an image from the Artemis II crew capturing “Earthset” from the far side of the moon. It’s a kind of recreation of the iconic “Earthrise” photo taken during the Apollo 8 mission in 1968. pic.twitter.com/b5wNAMbAkG

“Only one chance in this life,” Wiseman writes in his post. Since it was difficult to see anything, the astronaut pulled out his iPhone, zoomed in and filmed the Earth slowly disappearing behind the moon. (emm)
