Two incidents that disrupted power distribution systems in Germany are being investigated for sabotage, authorities said Wednesday, while one of them was also being examined for possible terrorism links. Meanwhile Russia said it was summoning Germany’s charge d’affaires after Berlin blamed Moscow for last month’s attempted drone attack at Leipzig airport.
