Albanians have been gathering in the streets of Tijana ever day for over three weeks. The so-called ‘flamingo revolution’ started in reaction to the construction of luxury resorts linked to the Trump family in the south of the country on an island where the protected birds nest. France 24 journalist David Gilberg followed a Franco-Albanian woman named Iris as she protested in her home country this weekend. FRANCE 24 went on the ground and spoke to some of them.
