Nothing is known about the deaths or injuries, but Russian officials are accusing Ukraine of increased “terror against the civilian population”. Over the last week, Ukrainian attacks have killed nearly 60 civilians and injured around 500, Russian special envoy Rodion Miroschnik said, according to the state news agency Tass. The information cannot be confirmed independently, but reports of civilian casualties on the Russian side have recently increased. Nevertheless, the extent of the damage caused by Ukrainian attacks and the number of victims cannot be compared with the destruction caused by Russia in Ukraine. (sda/dpa)
