Russia’s Vladimir Putin and Ukraine’s Volodomyr Zelensky on Sunday held separate calls with US President Donald Trump as the latter prepared to celebrate his 80th birthday. The leaders discussed the war in Ukraine and their perceptions on how the more then four-year conflict could be ended.
