On Wednesday, an Easyjet plane had to cancel its trip from Tenerife to Liverpool – for an unusual reason like that BBC reported. A mass brawl is said to have occurred on the plane, in which around ten people were involved.

The pilot therefore decided to return to the take-off location after around 30 minutes. Air traffic control is quoted as saying that there was a risk to the safety of the flight. Around an hour after departure, the plane finally landed back in Tenerife, where the troublemakers were greeted by police officers present. The return flight could then definitely be started with 186 passengers on board.
Easyjet has confirmed to the BBC that flight EZY3352 had to be canceled due to disruptive passengers on board. “Our cabin and ground crew are trained to assess all situations and act quickly and appropriately to ensure that the safety of the flight and other passengers is not jeopardized at any time,” said the airline.
Such incidents are taken seriously. Disruptive behavior towards employees will not be tolerated. “The safety and well-being of our customers and our crew are always our top priority,” says Easyjet. (dab)
