Zakharova complains that civil rights are practically worthless for Russians. “The so-called German law enforcement authorities have, with maniacal persistence, turned themselves into punishers who persecute Russians, downright mock them and don’t hide it.”
However, the German authorities are only implementing the sanctions jointly decided by the EU because of the Russian war of aggression Ukraine around. Accordingly, these requirements also apply in the 26 other EU member states. Sakharova did not initially complain about this.
