Russian forces have increased their attacks on Ukraine’s train and transport infrastructure, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Monday. The Ukrainian president added that Russia appeared not to have launched targeted strikes on energy infrastructure since agreeing to a short-term energy truce last week.
