Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to stop striking Kyiv until Sunday following a request by US President Donald Trump, the Kremlin said Friday. Relentless strikes on Ukraine’s energy grid have left whole districts of the capital without heating, with temperatures expected to plunge to around -30C in the coming days.
