Only Donald Trump speaks for that long: The US President spoke for almost an hour and a half on Wednesday afternoon in the WEF Congress Center in Davos, which was filled to capacity.
The speech, which Trump delivered, as he so often does, without a script, was quite something. The Republican jumped from topic to topic: sometimes he talked about Greenland (“all we want is this piece of ice”), sometimes about his military strike in Venezuela, which violates international law (“has a great future ahead of him”), then about his role as a peacemaker.

Switzerland was also the subject of the US President’s lecture on several occasions. He described Switzerland as a prime example of how he had succeeded in exerting pressure with tariffs. And again he mocked Federal Councilor Karin Keller-Sutter: she had gotten on his nerves.
The most important statements in the video:

The President of the United States also said a few words about Greenland. They just want that piece of ice. After all, it already belonged to America. However, he did not want to use violence.
