When Collien Fernandes and Christian Ulmen announced the end of their marriage in autumn 2025 after 14 years, everything seemed to be going quite harmoniously from the outside. “We hereby inform you that we separated some time ago,” the actors said in a joint official statement. They didn’t give any details and even afterwards things remained quiet on the topic.
Until Collien Fernandes publicly made serious allegations against her ex-husband last week. Christian Ulmen is said to have created fake profiles in her name for years and used them to communicate with numerous men. According to Fernandes, he is said to have distributed pornographic content that resembled her.
The actor is still presumed innocent. On Friday, he had his lawyer Christian Schertz reject the deepfake allegations against him. He also contradicts the allegations of domestic violence that were discussed in a “Spiegel” report. There were “no unilateral acts of violence and/or threats” from Christian Ulmen, the written statement says.
It is much more a case of “misconduct on both sides” because Collien Fernandes was “temporarily arrested by the Spanish police in the course of the same incident for physical violence against our client, who had an injury to his neck,” writes Schertz.
“I didn’t do him any violence”
Collien Fernandes does not want to leave uncommented that her ex-husband is now trying to portray himself as a victim in this debate about sexual violence. For them, the reaction is “a sideshow that the other side is now trying to inflate.” She finds that “incredibly pathetic”. The actress said this to “Bild”. This is now almost more shocking than the abuse she had to endure for so many years.
Shortly after the lawyer’s letter was published, she also spoke up on Instagram and appeared stunned. She shared the excerpt and commented: “Oh my God! I don’t believe it!”
Collien Fernandes’ Instagram post.
She describes the altercation with Christian Ulmen as follows: “He had a small scratch on his neck (because a nail had been torn) and even told the police that I had not done any violence to him. And now it is written about an injury to my neck, while I had bruises all over my body, this has been documented. Craziness!”
The 44-year-old criticizes that too many things were mixed up. The question of whether her ex-husband created numerous fake profiles in her name and used them to distribute pornographic material has been asked, but has so far remained unanswered.
Collien Fernandes filed a complaint against her ex-husband at the district court in Palma de Mallorca. The allegations are presumption of personal status, public insult, disclosure of secrets, repeated physical harm in close family relationships and serious threats. On December 2, 2025, investigations were initiated there, which, according to Ulmen’s lawyer, have now been “suspended” for the time being. Accordingly, Collien Fernandes failed to make a statement in a timely manner.
Investigations have been initiated against Christian Ulmen in Germany. The Itzehoe public prosecutor’s office announced on Friday that it was investigating him on allegations of stalking. Ulmen’s lawyer Christian Schertz leaves this new legal development completely unmentioned in his statement. (Jennifer Doemkes / t-online / val)
