The time has come: For the first time in over 50 years, NASA is sending people to the moon again with the Artemis II mission. And you can watch the launch of the SLS (Space Launch System) rocket and the Orion capsule live stream from home.
The rocket is scheduled to be ignited overnight on April 2, 2026 at 00:24 a.m. (CEST). Astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen are on board. The four of them want to circle the moon within ten days. (val)
