Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen visited Greenland on Friday for talks with the island’s leader Jens-Frederik Nielsen after US President Donald Trump backed down from threats to seize the territory, agreeing to negotiations. The two leaders said they were working on a “diplomatic response”.
