In an interview with FRANCE 24, former Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba said US President Donald Trump’s “effort to bring this war to an end has failed”, warning that the US president “does not seem to be ready to change his approach to Russia”. Kuleba added that he did not believe there was “a window for a diplomatic solution at this stage”.
