More than 1,100 buildings were left without power in Kyiv on Tuesday after Russia resumed its attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure after a brief period where Moscow stopped targeting energy facilities. A second round of trilateral peace talks between Ukraine, Russia and the US will take place in Abu Dhabi this week.
