Thousands of people began demonstrating across Denmark and Greenland on Saturday against US President Donald Trump’s threats to take over the Arctic island. The protests follow a new Trump warning on Friday that he levy tariffs on countries that oppose his plans to acquire the autonomous territory of Denmark.
