Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday said Kyiv was ready halt strikes Russian oil refineries if Moscow stopped attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. The announcement comes after US President Donald Trump publicly urged him to stop targeting Russian refineries.
