Temper City’s ‘Self Aware’ keeps finding its way back up
Twelve stored weeks make the song one of this chart’s longer running stories.
Temper City · Self Aware
Temper City’s ‘Self Aware’ has spent 12 stored weeks in EUR RADIO’s Europe Top 20. It is #6 in the displayed chart, up two places from the previous stored week, and its best recorded position is #3. A move upward after such a long run is a more interesting development than a simple new entry.
The band’s official site features both the song and its video. The official YouTube release credits Temper City and Tsuf Kazaz with directing it. Those are the firm details; the reason a particular listener comes back to the song is inevitably more personal.
The archived positions show it moving between #3 and #8 before its latest rise. That makes ‘Self Aware’ a useful song to follow through the chart archive: staying visible for weeks can be as meaningful as a brief visit to #1. Watch the official video below, and check the next week to see whether the rebound continues.
