Iranian Tasnim News Agency reported that, according to a source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, talks would take place in Qatar. The news agency pointed out that Ali Bagheri, Iran’s nuclear negotiator, is to visit Qatar today for “negotiations on lifting sanctions.”
