The Ukrainian capital Kyiv came under rocket fire again overnight. The enemy attacked the city with ballistic missiles, Mayor Vitali Klitschko and military governor Tymur Tkachenko said on Telegram. They called on residents to go to shelters. A dpa reporter on site reported several waves of attacks. At least ten people were injured in the attacks. Civil protection said a child was also among the victims.
The nighttime attacks caused fires in several districts. According to preliminary information from Tkachenko, there was damage in a district in the eastern part of the city. A fire broke out in an office building in the western part of Kiev. An uninhabited building was also damaged.
